OSHC

St Teresa's OSHC is registered with the Family Assistance Office so families that may be eligible can claim for Child Care Benefits and rebates on the cost of the programme. Information on Child Care Benefits is included in the OSHC enrolment pack.

Qkr is now available to pay OSHC/Vacation fees (see below for details).

BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE PROGRAMME

The Before and After School Programme provides care every school day from 7.30am - 8.30am and 3.05pm - 6.00pm.

The programme also provides a service on days when the school is closed for staff professional development.

Students who are in the school grounds before 8.30am and after 3.25pm and not under parent supervision of a parent or caregiver are required to attend the Before and After School Programme.

The Out of School Hours Care Director consults with the children to plan a variety of activities. Activities include use of gym and sports equipment, cooking, art and craft, games and puzzles. Weather permitting children can play outdoors on the school playground equipment or participate in a variety of ball sports. Nutritious snacks are provided every afternoon and breakfast is offered in the mornings.

Currently we have the Active After School Care Programme which is a government funded programme running two sports a week during term time. This is a great way for children to exercise and try new sports.

To enquire about fees, receive information regarding the Child Care Benefit or to make a booking, please contact the OSHC Director.

VACATION CARE PROGRAMME

St Teresa's School offers a Vacation Care Programme that operates throughout the school holiday break with the exception of the two week Christmas and New Year period. The programme is available to families at the school as well as families in the local community.

The programme offers a range of activities and excursions some of which include:

• Art and Craft
• Cooking Days
• Movie Days
• Ice Skating
• Visits to the Plaster Fun House
• Bowling
• Sports Clinics
• Parties

Vacation Care attendance requires booking in advance due to the popularity of the programme, staffing requirements and limited placements. Booking forms and a programme of activities can be collected from the School Office or alternatively by contacting the Vacation Care Coordinator who will arrange for the information to be sent to you.
